"Most of us are accustomed to working together along the lines of established authority. We come together to develop a concept or promote an ideal, and this requires conviction, persuasion, propaganda and so on. This work together for a concept, an ideal, is quite different from the cooperation that comes from seeing the truth and the need to put that truth into action. Working under the stimulus of authority-whether the authority of an ideal or authority a person who represents this ideal, is not true cooperation. An authority who knows much central or having a strong personality and is obsessed with certain ideas can subtly coerce or persuade others to work with her, but it is certainly not the individuals working together to alert and vital.

However, when each of us understands for himself the truth of any problem, then our common understanding of that truth leads to action, and such action is cooperation. One who cooperates because he sees the truth as truth, false as false and truth in the false, also know when not to cooperate, which is equally important. "
