Bondades del Limon

Nota del Editor: Hemos recibido el siguiente articulo como participacion de nuestra friend Maria Evelyn Lopez, who published in their entirety. However, it was impossible to communicate with the apparent originator of the story, (Institute of Health Sciences, LLC 819 N. Charles Street Baltimore, MD 1201), we took it hoping someone with more information, to contact us .

I note that, as so far have not heard of anyone killed by taking lemon juice, lemonade or tea with lemon, we recommend it as a healthy beverage for cancer patients.

El Limón (Citrus limonun Risso, Citrus limon (L.) Burm., Citrus medica) is a miracle product to kill cancer cells. Is 10,000 times more potent than chemotherapy.

Why are not aware of it?
Because there are organizations interested in finding a synthetic version, which allows them to make fabulous profits. So, from now on, you can help a friend in need, letting you know that you should drink lemon juice to prevent the disease.

Its flavor is pleasant. And of course, produces the horrible effects of chemotherapy. And it does have the ability to do so, plant a tree lemon in your yard or garden.

All parts are useful.

The next time you want to drink a juice, natural lemon ask for it without preservatives.
How many people die while this has been a closely guarded secret so as not to multimillion-dollar irrigation profits of large corporations?
The fruit is a citrus fruit that comes in different forms flesh can eat it directly or it is normally used to make drinks, sherbet, sweets etc.
The interest of this plant is due to its strong anti-cancer effects. And although he attributed many more properties, the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumors. This plant is a proven cancer remedy for cancers of all types. Some people say that is useful in all forms of cancer.
It is considered also as an anti-microbial spectrum against bacterial and fungal infections, is effective against internal parasites and worms, regulates high blood pressure and antidepressant, combat , the tension and nervous disorders.
The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the
largest drug manufacturers in the world, who says that after more than 20 laboratory tests conducted from 1970 extracts showed that:

-destroy malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including the
colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancre-

this tree compounds act showed 10,000 times ; best slowing the growth of cells of cancer as the product Adriamycin, a chemotherapeutic drug, normally used in the world.

And what is even more astonishing: this type of therapy, lemon extract, only destroys malignant cancer cells and does not affect healthy cells.

Coles, cabbage and broccoli, and carrots against cancer Tomatoes

Para prevenir cáncer de mama: coles, repollos y zanahorias alimentacion y nutricion
To prevent breast cancer can score points from the diet: as detached data a comprehensive study performed on black women, Black Women's Health Study, consumption of cruciferous vegetables -such as kale, cabbage and broccoli, and carrots help in preventing this tumors.
Specifically, the analysis was done on black women and on a specific type of cancer that affects more than anything these women and aggressive form, known as ER-negative , which is sensitive to estrogen .
The work was led by Dr. Deborah A. Boggs, the Boston University , who along with his computer controlled diet and health of 50,000 African Americans in the United States for 12 years , during which some 1,300 participants developed breast cancer, of whom 35 percent tumors had ER-negative type (just over 400).

The researchers concluded that those women who consumed least two servings of vegetables per day had a 43 percent lower risk of developing breast cancer of this type compared with those who ate less than four servings per week .
makers work also identified certain types of plants more beneficial in this regard: broccoli, kale, cabbage and carrots . In the latter case, the risk reduction was around 17 percent.
These results he published in the latest edition of American Journal of Epidemiology . The researchers said more studies still needed to determine the power guard plants against cancer.

is one of the great pleasures of summer kitchen. The tomato delights with its juicy, contains vitamins and is the best source of lycopene, an antioxidant that protects healthy health.

When Hernán Cortés conquered Mexico, he could not imagine that the tomato he knew there would be food that is today because of its versatility, has been introduced in almost all cuisines.
The tomato is a fruit or vegetable at a time. For its nutritional qualities, is more like a fruit, since it is eaten raw, is rich in vitamins A, C, K and antioxidants, and can be consumed fresh (even be making jam with him). On the other hand is a vegetable because it is cooked as a vegetable and combines well with salty foods. Red
anticancer

many years already known that there is a relationship between tomato consumption and the reduction of certain cancers, especially prostate cancer. This effect has been related to the presence in the tomato carotenoid-like substance called lycopene, the main pigment that gives red, and can also be found, although in lesser amounts in other foods such as watermelon, guavas red, pink grapefruit and apricots. 85-90% of lycopene comes from tomatoes we consume.
is estimated that a glass of tomato juice contains between 20 and 24 mg of lycopene, although being a lipophilic substance (which dissolve well in fat), cooked tomatoes (such as tomato sauce) are still concentrated and assimilated more lycopene. Not just fat, but the heat, modify and enhance the action of lycopene from this vegetable. Raw, lycopene is a setting "trans", making it difficult to absorb, while the action of heat causes an isomerization of lycopene from the configuration "trans" to "cis" isomer much more bioavailable . Lycopene is present in the cell membranes of the body and has antioxidant activity greater than that of other carotenoids.
The risk of prostate cancer is reduced in men who consumed a week four or five dishes with tomatoes, either fresh tomatoes, fried tomato sauce or tomato juice.

In the kitchen Tomato blends well with almost all cereals and most vegetables, especially onions, garlic, eggplant or zucchini, and is related to hot spices, such as preparing the people of the new world. It can enhance their flavor with herbs like bay leaf, oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme and tarragon.
is recommended to use it fully ripe and red specimens are not to be indigestible, especially when preparing a juice or gazpacho. Should also avoid overcooking, as well as reduce color lose much of their property. How to prepare

is important to thoroughly wash While the tomatoes if they are to be used with the skin, especially if they come from organic farming. However, if you want to prepare more delicate dish is advisable to peel them to remove bitterness stop some skins.
To peel easily, first make a cut them crosswise and then blanch in boiling water for 10 or 15 seconds. They slip, plunge into cold water and peel with the help of a small knife by pulling the ends raised.
To remove seeds, cut in half and compressed by hand until they get the seeds, although well lose much of its juiciness.
To counteract the excessive acidity of some tomatoes, you can use a little brown sugar or applesauce. Josep Lluís

True cow's milk.

What is Real Milk?

Real Milk comes from real cows.

The origin of most commercial milk is the modern Holstein, bred to produce huge quantities of milk - three times more than traditional beef. She needs special feed and antibiotics to keep her well. Her milk contains high levels of growth hormone from your pituitary gland, even when forgiven the indignity of bovine growth hormone genetically designed to push their udders to the limits of nursing.

Real Milk comes from real cows that are fed real food.

Food 'True' cattle are grass green in spring, summer and autumn, green food, silage, hay and root vegetables in winter. It is not soy meal, cotton residue or other commercial foods, nor is it bakery waste, chicken manure or orange peel spray pesticides. Vital nutrients such as vitamins A and D, and "Factor Price" disappear when dairy cows are fed with food (cattle) trade. Soy meal has the wrong protein for the cow milk, resulting in a short period of high milk production, resulting in premature death. Most of the milk (even most milk labeled "organic") comes from dairy cows that are kept in confinement their entire lives and never see green grass!

Real Milk is not pasteurized.

Pasteurization destroys enzymes, diminishes vitamin content, denatures fragile milk proteins, destroys vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, kills beneficial bacteria, promotes pathogens and is associated with allergies, increased tooth decay, colic in infants, growth problems in children, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease and cancer. Calves raised on pasteurized milk die before maturity. Raw milk is sour naturally but pasteurized milk turns putrid and processors must remove slime and pus from pasteurized milk by a process of centrifugal clarification. Inspection of dairy herds for disease is not required in the production of pasteurized milk. The practice of heating milk to kill germs was instituted in the 20's to combat tuberculosis (TB), infant diarrhea, undulant fever and other diseases caused by poor animal nutrition and dirty production methods. But times have changed and modern stainless steel tanks, milking machines, refrigerated trucks and inspection methods make pasteurization absolutely unnecessary to actually protect the public. (Also, pasteurization does not always kill the bacteria in Johne's disease, with which most of the cows are infected. It is suspected that the bacteria that causes Johne's in cattle enfermadad causes Crohn's in humans). Pure and raw milk certified healthy cows is commercially available in several states and may be purchased directly from farms in many others. By executive order, are forbidden from transporting raw milk from state to state.

Real Milk is not homogenized.

Homogenization is a process that breaks down fat globules in milk so they do not rise to the surface. Homogenized milk is linked to heart disease.

Real Milk contains fat, and lots!

The average milk fat of cows at the beginning of Cigler traditional 20 was more than 4 percent (or more than 50% of calories). Today, the fat in milk is less than 3 percent (or less than 35% of calories). Worse, consumers have been duped into believing that low-fat milk is good for health. Only by marketing low-fat milk as a healthy product, the modern dairy industry can get rid of excess fat milk of low quality modern high-production livestock. The fat in milk contains vitamins A and D necessary for asimilización calcium and protein in the fraction of water in milk. Without them protein and calcium are more difficult to use and possibly toxic. Butterfat is rich in short chain fatty acids and long, which protect against disease and stimulate the immune system. It contains glyco-spingolípidos which prevent intestinal distress and conjugated linoleic acid which has strong anticancer properties.

Real Milk contains no additives.

skimmed milk powder, a source of dangerous oxidized cholesterol and amino acids neurotoxic, is added to milk to 1% and 2%. Yogurt and sour cream lean contain mucopolysaccharide slime to give them more body. Pale butter from cows kept only with hay containing dyes to pretend that is rich in vitamins and butter from cows that have grazed. Bio-engineered enzymes are used in cheese production at a high level. Many of the large-scale produced Vasquez contain additives and colorings, and imitation cheese products contain vegetable oils. Real Milk

can save independent farms.

Pasteurization laws favor large, industrialized operation of the dairy and oppress small farms. When Farmers have the right to sell raw milk to consumers, they can make life even with small herds.

Forum Topic of the month of DECEMBER

" Being alone is beauty"

I do not know if he ever felt painfully alone when suddenly you realize which has no connection with anyone not realize is intellectual, but factual, ... realize that you are completely isolated. It are blocked all forms of thought and emotion, you can not go anywhere, no one to turn, the gods, angels, all have gone beyond the clouds, and as the clouds fade they too have vanished, you are absolutely isolated, detached from everything, I will not use this word alone.

Just a very different meaning, is beauty. Being alone in that sense, is something entirely different. And one should be alone. When man is freed from the social structure of greed, envy, greed, pride, accomplishment, position when released from all that, is completely alone. That alone is very different from the loneliness of isolation. It is a great beauty, there is a feeling of immense energy.

Excerpt from "Book of Life"
